Firoplay – Terms & Conditions

By creating an account or using Firoplay you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using Firoplay you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. Use of the Service

• You may use Firoplay only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and for the content you upload, share or access through Firoplay.

3. User Content and Copyright

• You must not upload or share content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, infringing, or that violates the rights (including copyright and privacy) of others.
• You retain ownership of your files. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non‑exclusive license to store, process and transmit your files only as needed to operate the Service (for example, to store your files, create thumbnails, generate share links and stream media).
• You are solely responsible for securing the necessary rights and permissions for any content you upload.

4. Accounts and Security

• You must keep your login details confidential and not share your account with others.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, violate these Terms, or pose a security or legal risk.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use Firoplay for any illegal activity or to distribute malware, spam or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.

6. Availability and Changes

• We aim to keep Firoplay available and reliable but do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted or error‑free.
• We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time with or without notice (for example, to improve performance or comply with legal requirements).

7. Third‑Party Services

Firoplay may rely on third‑party services such as storage providers, analytics or sign‑in providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firoplay and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Firoplay from any claims, losses or damages arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, unless otherwise required by local law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rules.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and may provide additional notice within the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
